Proyek and trial jalan terus di kerjaan. Ya maunya rombak blog ini biar fresh. Tapi ngantukan nih.
Jadi kredit. Nyicil dikit-dikit gitu.
Ide yang muncul seperti bikin cerita fiksi, bikin opini yang lagi hot. Pendek kata bikin jadi kayak mirip portal

Visit Ciwandan

3rd week of April was one week after announcement of the purchasing grinding facilities in Cilegon. I had chance to visit this plant. The purpose of this 1st visit is to have close overview regarding possibilities to grind some type of cement, additional equipment needed for testing, readiness of SNI certification and qualification of the technician.
My boss, Dodo and I had to rev up and ready to go by 6.30 in the morning to about 2.5 hours trip to Cilegon. The route was via Kebon Jeruk and the traffic was bad. At the end we arrived in Cilegon at 9.30.
Despite those problems, I have another opinion regarding this plant is by the sea and very close to port, unloading of coal is happen everyday. The weather is mostly sunny day. The environment surrounding this plant is very dusty (by coal fine dust). Cilegon down town has some big mall and hotels also other facilities.
We finished the business at about 4pm and head back to Bogor via BSD, the traffic was still very bad.

Costumer visit

Early working hours, we were surprised by costumer that compliant regarding quality. It is important to align what costumer wants and what we can produce. Less type cement is the most we want.
Many tests were conducted by our team and the result is positive we learn many things in enjoyable environment but Imron had to wait for me because I leaved the office 15 minutes late, I know my collages could not stand for futsal!

Another offering

I tried to enjoy my daily job, forget rutinity by doing some product developments,
Get sweat at 19oC. Week end is the most I wait for, play 'games' with my kids.
It's not easy to get some original idea while my new team still struggle with more training!!!
Last week this 'modem' phone was ringing, caller offer me to talk about the clinker microscopy. the venue is over sea, with high earthquake occurance (this week 6.6 on Richter scale) many people death, injury. Hopefully save and sound when being there.
I'll write this trip in next few week.

Sell to Russia?

One week after visiting Sulawesi we had guests from Russia for well cement. The company planned to sell this type of cement from Russia to Australia. 2 Russian guys are manager for well cement and Russia government professor. First day was sampling the cement at silo, plant tour.
The second day testing! My heart was beating faster (than usual, government of Russia).
Testing witness was good and also the result.
On wrap up the professor was surprised by the tester ability, he said never happen before the tester was not nervous and work as professional.
He also suggested us to have a laser Particle size distribution that always postponed since 2004
Yes the audit was successful and we can sell the product as the certificate publish

New Standard

This story should be before visit Sulawesi. The company has been requested to sell the product in Europe, before that happen we should pass EN requirement called CE marking.
The buyer company sent an auditor for this marking project (costly as €250000),
1st day was procedures and system. Second day testing equipment, discussion, plant tour and wrap up.
This standard very detail and strict not so easy to fulfill.
