Conrad said on his presentation many years ago;

Having a "job" is the worst method of generating income
and the most inefficient way to make money
Because your salary is based on time.
You can see the problem right away.
There is only so much time in a day! In order to make more money
you have to invest more time. This makes you miserable, tired, and cranky

Some other problems associated with having a job.

You can never get paid what your really worth.
You have to work long hours to make someone else wealthy.
You can't make more money unless you beg for a raise.
You have no freedom.
You have no leverage.
And the number one problem? You have to work in order to make money

Now let's look at the benefits of having a business:

You get paid what for what you are worth.
You get paid to make yourself wealthy.
You decide how much money you want to make.
You have freedom.
You have leverage

Overbought already appears, on Monday could be higher than last Friday lowest price at 900 and highest at 1020   base on intraday data, oversold is already appears. It is good if start to bid at 880, sell at 1050 and cut lost at 870. Monday sentiment would be positive as USA govt start to hedge the big three of auto industry. BUMI price at 780 as BB predicted will not be happen! Support was already different

UNSP-W, honestly speaking. This stock is not good enough for daily trading, intraday data fluctuation would be better. But here are daily base is good enough for price estimation and buy at 92 sale at 102.

Since ENRG volume rose up at 396mio shares trade in last 2 days, I just curios that in few week the volume would be steady high and liquid enough for trading.

Krisis ini berapa lama, melanda USA?

Krisis ekonomi USA mulai dari Desember 07, begitu pengakuan lembaga National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER).
Pertanyaannya berapa lama dan dalam akibat krisis ini. angka pengangguran mencapai 6.7% angka terakhir.
Prediksi mereka akan mencapai sekitar 2 digit atau belasan dan berlangsung sampai pertengahan 2009. perbandingan paling jelek dengan 'Great Recession" yang angka pengangguran mencapai 25% dan berlangsung 43 bulan.
Resesi kali ini sudah 12 bulan. Situasi sekarang tidak lebih buruk dibandingkan dengan 1929 tersebut.
Biasanya krisis yang menyebabkan pengangguran di USA sampai belasan persen berlangsung selama 16 bulan.
